1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using WebLab Cyprus Web Design services ("WebLab", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. Description of Services
WebLab provides professional web design, development, and digital marketing services including but not limited to:
- Website design and development
- E-commerce solutions
- Booking and management systems
- SEO optimization
- Website maintenance and support
- Digital marketing services
3. Project Engagement and Payment Terms
3.1 Project Scope
All projects require a written agreement outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. Changes to the project scope may result in additional charges.
3.2 Payment Terms
- Simple Website Package (€400): 50% deposit, 50% on completion
- Business Platform Package (€850): 50% deposit, 50% on completion
- Custom Development: Payment terms specified in project agreement
- All payments are due within 30 days of invoice date
- Late payments may incur a 5% monthly service charge
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide necessary content, materials, and information in a timely manner
- Review and approve project deliverables within agreed timeframes
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
- Ensure all provided content is original or properly licensed
- Provide access to required third-party services and platforms
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Client Content
Clients retain ownership of all content, trademarks, and materials provided to WebLab.
5.2 WebLab Work Product
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom design work created specifically for their project. WebLab retains rights to:
- General methodologies and techniques
- Pre-existing tools and frameworks
- Use completed projects in portfolio and marketing materials
6. Website Hosting and Maintenance
WebLab may provide recommendations for hosting services but is not responsible for:
- Hosting service performance or uptime
- Data backup and recovery (unless specifically contracted)
- Security breaches related to hosting infrastructure
- Third-party plugin or service failures
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
7.1 Service Warranty
WebLab warrants that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.
7.2 Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated, WebLab provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Specific search engine rankings or traffic levels
- Conversion rates or business results
- Compatibility with all future browser updates
- Uninterrupted service or error-free operation
8. Limitation of Liability
WebLab's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Data loss not caused by our negligence
- Third-party service failures
9. Project Cancellation and Refunds
9.1 Client Cancellation
Clients may cancel projects with written notice. Refunds are calculated based on work completed:
- Before work begins: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- During design phase: Refund of remaining balance after completed work
- During development phase: No refund, but client receives all completed work
9.2 WebLab Cancellation
WebLab may cancel projects for non-payment, non-cooperation, or breach of terms with full refund of unused payments.
10. Confidentiality
WebLab agrees to maintain confidentiality of all client information and proprietary data. This obligation continues after project completion.
11. Force Majeure
WebLab is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or other force majeure events.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation
- Mediation if negotiation fails
- Courts of Cyprus as final resort
13. Changes to Terms
WebLab reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to existing clients. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
